Rain rain go away...!!!

Ever since my doctor told my to stay clear of the rains.....the gods have been particularly kind to me. it rained continuously when i was with my parents for a short while back due to my illness. And even when i came back to my hostel it's still raining....

As it is I've never been really found of the monsoon season, add to that the fact that my campus is being dug up for some renovation and modernization work..it seems our Union Minister for HRD Mr. Kapil Sibal will be coming to visit our college campus for some opening ceremony or something...anyways all the digging has left behind mud and debris all over....and the rain is making it not at all easy for us...

the rains in Mumbai are particularly weird...once you have experienced it you start to question why our noble ministers want to transform Mumbai into Shanghai when it's already more like London....read it in the papers that this time the monsoon withdrawal is likely to be delayed :(

although it's been raining more than last year but still the BMC has enforced a water cut which directly translates into the fact that there is not even drinking water in our hostel....
the other big problem with the monsoons is the sudden increase in our friends from the insect kingdom....some  slimy others full of bad smell..

Anyways rains do have their own benefit especially in a place like Mumbai.....if it rains too much rest assured that the lectures will be called off leaving us to have more fun.....
